Sports Massage

 

 

Sports massage is a broad term given to the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Sports massage can be applied in pre or post event situations as well as incorporated into a training or rehabilitative programme.

 

I incorporate sports massage with many of the other approaches I have learnt for maximum benefit and minimum discomfort. Other key areas of the treatment will include addressing muscle imbalances which may include self stretching and strengthening exercises.
